A new 18,500 SF building, built on a greenfield site, to accommodate a head office facility for a major Insurance company. The building is primarily a single storey with a small mezzanine for mechanical  and electrical services. This environmentally friendly facility utilized an ICF construction methodology and LED lighting, thereby increasing its sustainability. This facility required full emergency power back-up which is provided by a remotely located unit.  Coles Associates undertook all aspects of the design, documentation and contract administration, including Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Civil disciplines.
