PRINCIPAL & DIRECTOR OF MECHANICAL SERVICES 

Sean’s corporate responsibilities include business development and managing of the various engineering talents within the mechanical department.

Sean’s day to day responsibilities include energy, process and traditional MEP design, production of working documents and contract administration, as well as overall responsibility for project quality, schedule and budget control of the mechanical components.

In 2016, Sean’s efforts were recognized when he was granted Fellow status by Engineers Canada.

Sean has developed a unique ability to deliver insight and accurate assessments from an early design stage, which provides a solid foundation to the entire team. This, plus his broad experience on a range of diverse projects, enables impressively cost-effective and practical solutions to be presented to clients.
