Architecture
We are proud to provide a full range of prime consulting architectural services for pre-design, design, design development, working documents, tender and contract administration stages of projects. We offer specialties in healthcare, education, multi-unit residential, processing, industrial and commercial project types, including a full range of integrated architectural and engineering Services.
Engineering
Coles provides a full range of prime and sub consulting services in the disciplines of structural, mechanical, electrical, civil and forensic engineering for pre-design, design, design development, working documents, tender and contract administration stages of projects. We offer specialties in healthcare, education, multi-unit residential, processing, industrial and commercial project types, including a full range of integrated architectural and engineering services. Further, we provide mechanical, civil, and transportation design for above and below grade roadwork systems, food and process plant engineering, district heat distribution, power distribution and energy management. We also provide investigative and forensic engineering services.
Project Management
We offer project management services to assist building and project owners in completing comprehensive project delivery, including project planning, budget management, schedule management and resource management.
